Termination Policy
Hevo may terminate your employment for any of the following cause on your behalf effective immediately upon written notice to your address on Hevo’s records:
Acts of fraud, dishonestly, or misconduct involving moral turpitude.
Commission or conviction of any criminal offense.
Engagement in any activity that you know or should know could harm the business or reputation of Hevo.
Material failure to adhere to Hevo’s corporate codes, policies, or procedures.
Continued failure to meet performance standards as determined by Hevo.
Violation of any statutory, contractual, or common law duty or obligation to Hevo, including without limitation the duty of loyalty.
Any behavior that constitutes discrimination, sexual misconduct, harassment, bullying, or instance of inappropriate practice both on and off employer premises and during or outside work hours.
In case of termination on account of any of the above reasons, you will only be entitled to earned and unpaid gross salary through the effective termination date. Furthermore
Hevo may also terminate your employment for reasons other than cause or no reason. The notice period will vary based on your position and level of seniority.
You agree to provide Hevo with prior written notice of at least 1 month of your resignation, which shall be effective at the end of the notice period unless agreed otherwise
