Asset Policy

You will be provided an official laptop to work efficiently on your deliverables. It is essential to note that the laptop should be used only to perform job-related tasks and not for personal benefits. Upon successful delivery of your laptop, we will be sharing the Asset Handover and Policy Form that needs to be duly signed and emailed back.

Please note that any additional IT assets purchased for efficiently performing your tasks shall remain as Hevo’s property.

Upon termination of employment, you will be required to return all property (including but not limited to keys, records, notes, data, computer discs or tapes, memoranda, business cards, security passes, and equipment) which is held in your possession, custody or under control, belonging to or relating to business affairs of Hevo.
